I’ve been living on the 3rd floor of 74 Armstrong Ave for the past three years. My lease ends at the end of May and I’m looking to renew it for June 1st and have 2 more people sign on with me. One of my roommates is moving in with her boyfriend, and the other one is a terrible cat owner, so I’m giving her the boot.

About the apartment:

• 3 bedrooms
• Has a backyard
• Has a dishwasher and a firepit
• Uses electric heat
• Tenants pay for wifi and electricity (I use Verizon and it’s $50 each month, so each person splits that. Electricity can range anywhere from 80 to 200, depending on the temperature/time of year, which we will split
• I have an air fryer you can use
• preferably no pets because I plan on getting my own cat/possibly 2 (I plan on keeping the litter box(es) in the bathroom, which I will take care of everyday)
• cis men need not apply
• Rent is $900 each, due on the first of each month (you zelle your portion to the landlord)
• Coin operated laundry in the basement
• No parking unfortunately (street parking is available, but you’ll have to buy a year long parking pass from the city, which I believe is $100)
• Bedrooms aren’t furnished, but the common rooms are
• You’re welcome to use my pots/pans, dishes/utensils
• Looking for tidy roommates - no slobs
• I use the living room as my art studio (I make collages) but I would be willing to put my materials away when I’m not working in there
• I have a huge bookcase you can use
• No cigarette smoking/hard drug use inside
• Ask before throwing parties/having a lot of people over
• The shower is small BUT it has a detachable shower head! -I have a boyfriend who sleeps over occasionally �Message me if you’re interested/have any questions!
