- Bedroom 1: private bathroom ($1100 + $75 flat rate to cover all utilities)
- Bedroom 2: shared bathroom with 1 other person ($975 + $75 flat rate to cover all utilities)
- Utilities includes monthly cleaners, high-speed WiFi, power, water, gas, pest control, and landscaping
- Cleaners come monthly to clean all common areas of the home
- There are two office rooms with desks for people to be able to work remotely from
- Everyone has a designated parking spot - no need to ask people to move their cars due to it blocking yours!
- All common appliances (oven, laundry, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) are furnished.
- All common areas of the house (kitchen, dining room, living room, etc.) are fully furnished
- Privacy touch keypad locks on bedroom doors (optional)
- You only need to furnish your bedroom
- $500 Security Deposit (due upon lease signing)
