Shared driveway, private entrance on residential street. Walking distance to downtown and rail trail, restaurants and shops. Close to 495 and 95. Shared laundry on first floor. Landlords live on first floor (they’re lovely people and take good care of the property). Shared outdoor space. Available bedroom includes Queen sized bed and small furniture, w/ new carpet and dark green walls.

My name is Becca (she/they). I’ve lived in my 2br apartment for about 5 years (4 alone and 1 with a roommate). My current roommate is moving in with her partner, so I’m looking to fill her room by October at the latest. I have two cats (Astro & Misty), so I unfortunately cannot have anymore pets in my home (or children). I try to keep the space clean, but I am an artist with ADHD, so make of that what you will. I am a home body and spend most of my time in the living room, watching movies, drawing, crafting, doing yoga, listening to music. I’m an artist, singer, stimmer, pot smoker, and tarot practitioner (among other things). Looking for a female/femme/AFAB roommate who is tidy, respectful, responsible, easy-going, and a good communicator. I have a lot of quirks, but I’m pretty easy to live with. I am looking for a roommate who will share responsibility for keeping the common spaces clean. We don’t have to be friends, but I would like to have a friendly relationship. I do ask that there be no sleepovers with partners or otherwise. I am very protective of my space and my peace, and prefer to have only a select few over to hang out.
