Great house in Huntington Beach right next to the freeway. Large grass field and multiple playgrounds right behind the house. Huge backyard, your own room and bathroom (master available if you want) and upstairs loft is available.
About the roomies
I am a 7th grade math teacher. I have two very well-trained border collies. I co-parent my 2-year old daughter. My current roommate (my brother) is moving back home so I am hoping to replace him ASAP (does not have to be July 1, could be sooner). I am very flexible about many of the details (which rooms, rent, move-in date, etc.) and would love to meet first and then go over your preferences from there. Thank you!
