Monthly rent is $2,200 for a single occupant - $2,800 for a couple. First and last month rent is required at signing for the annual lease. No broker fees or security deposit. All utilities are included with the monthly rental fee (Internet is shared between the roommates).

The master suite (468 sq.ft.) is a bright spacious bedroom with 3 huge windows (faux wood blinds), sliding glass doors which access your private balcony and walnut inlay hardwood floors throughout. This huge bedroom also features a gas fireplace, surround sound, central A/C; as well as, 2 closets (one of which is a walk-in (44.8 sq.ft.), private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks and a standing shower.

This exceptional bedroom also has a private balcony (82 sq.ft.) overlooking Carson beach/Pleasure Bay.

Common areas include: A modern kitchen (177 sq.ft.), half bath, 2 closets, living room overlooking the beach (306 sq.ft.) with a mounted 50“ smart TV, another gas fireplace and walks out to a balcony (128 sq.ft.). The free laundry unit is located in the hallway directly outside of your suite. All utilities are included (with the exception of Internet/Cable - which is split between the 3 other roommates). Ample off street parking with a South Boston permit.

The neighborhood is quite and your roommates are working professionals in their late 20’s and or early 30’s. In addition, the landlord lives next door and is very responsive.

What’s near us? The front yard is Carson Beach One block away from bus routes 0.5 Miles from 2 Red line T stops. Convenience store located one block from house. 0.5 Miles from popular Southie bars (A Bar, STATS, Loco, Lincoln, Capo, The Broadway).
