I have a completely furnished large bedroom for rent. This also includes heat, electric, water, and internet service. There are access and usage of the kitchen, dining-room, living-room, porch, backyard, All I ask is that you pick up after yourself. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a 1/2-bathroom downstairs. There is a laundry room available for use, and parking in the driveway. I live close to Ludlow, Granby, Indian Orchard, Springfield and 15 minutes away from the Chicopee center. I am REQUIRING a COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK. I am looking for a FEMALE ROOM MATE ages ranging from 35 TO 65 YEARS old.

I’m a very easy-going person, who is somewhat of a clean freak. I enjoy having conversations with people and I’m very respectful. I expect the person to clean up after themselves.
