About the room
Unfurnished private room for rent in a home located in a quiet new build community. Bathroom will be shared when I have company but mostly private. Rent includes all utilities. You will have access to laundry and kitchen along with the backyard which has turf, Cornhole setup, a fire pit and dual propane/charcoal grill. Short drive to San Tan Valley and Queen Creek.
About the roomies
I work a hybrid schedule with 2 days working from home per week. I cook a lot and enjoy hosting friends occasionally. I keep to myself in a roommate living situation. I would like to meet any applicants before sharing my address.
