We have a room for rent. I am 40 YO male single, roommate is 34 YO male single. Its a really big house. I am currently in the process of painting the outside. There are 3 rooms downstairs in the basement, yes we have a basement lol. One of them is my bedroom. The other 2 are open for storage or whatever you need it for. The room for rent is the middle room on the first floor. You will share a bathroom with me. The other roommate has the master. We both work at the same place full time. Our landlord is out boss & really good friend of mine for over 14 years. Our other roommate recently moved out about a month ago. You will have your own parking spot(if you want to park in the garage I can clean it out and you eilm be able to park there). Washer and dryer in laundry room. We have solar panels, so in the summer we keep the AC on 68 degrees. If youre cold put on a sweater lol Im on roofs all day I like it cold in the summer lol. Our largest electric bill well be around $250-275 MAX. Rent is $1100 the room is avg. Size, but the house makes up for it. You can also have one of the rooms down stairs because I only use one of them. We have a lot of storage, a shed, 2 cars garage and the hallway is full of empty cabinets for even more storage. I cut the grass and take care of the trees, back bush and lawn. I only ask for 20$ a month for maintenance things like fertilizer, dirt, etc. If we hired a landscaper it would be like $100-$150 every 2 weeks. So, I save us money by doing it myself. We are both super chill and usually stay in our rooms unless we are cooking or eating. Single males only because we dont want drama. What happens inside our house stays inside our house.

Me and my roommate work at the same roofing comoany. We both have been there for multiple years. I am 40 he is 34. We are both single. We both occasionally drink. Sober people are welcome, just let us know and we can out things away and not have them out. We have both been through the rooms if you know what that means you know. If you are a super left liberal you are not going to like living here. We are not crazy into politics, roommate is more in the center/ leaning right and im right leaning but not crazy. We are definitely not left at all. I cant believe I even have to say that when it shouldn’t matter. And it doesn’t matter to us. Its the leftys and crazy liberals that hate we dont care really. It’s your own preference its all good. Anyway thats pretty much it.
