About the room
This is located in a very nice gated community with parking space and use of swimming pool. You will have your privacy, use of the kitchen and everything in it. There’s a washer and dryer, your own heat and a/c. I’m in the middle of painting this room. U can bring ur own furniture or take it furnished.
About the roomies
You would be living with me. I’m pretty easy to live with. All I ask is to clean up after yourself. Have a steady job and/or be a student and be able to verify ur income. There’s no smoking cigarettes or blunts in the house but you can go out on the deck or porch to smoke.
