I have two rooms available. There is a shared bathroom for the two rooms and a large, shared living space with a kitchen. It is a 15-minute drive to boulder campus or a 25-minute bike ride. We are also a 5-minute walk to the nearest King Soopers and shopping area. The apartment comes with a gym and a dog park right behind the building. It also comes with an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher and AC.

I am junior at CU studying engineering. I am pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself but would like to find people who I could become friends with. My girlfriend comes over fairly often, so I am welcome to guests with a heads up. I enjoy cooking so you can often find me in the kitchen whipping something up. I also enjoy gaming and play DnD with my friends.
