The bottom-floor unit bedroom includes a large closet, backyard, updated utilities, available street parking, basement storage, and a shared washer/dryer in the basement. The rent includes utilities. Can send measurements if needed.

An ideal fit would be a traveling nurse or someone who works during the day. Open to short and long-term rental agreements.

The space is shared with myself, a dog, and an old, quiet kitty. I work from home, bartend, and like to keep busy.

I ask the roommate to keep shared spaces clean, be respectful, and be considerate of volume.
