Hi there! I’m looking for a female student or female young professional for my townhouse. I have one private bedroom open. It has a HUGE walk in closet to fit all of your clothes in. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed comfortably. There’s a shared jack-and- jill bathroom (connecting). I have a washer and dryer in the unit. There’s a half bath in the middle floor so there’s places to get ready at.

The condo offers a lot of space to chill, study, or hang out in the living room! If you’re wanting to decompress and veg out in front of the TV, then the living room is the perfect place for you! I also have a large bookshelf/library bridge area the overlooks the whole living room.

Lots of parking spots available across the condo. Never had a problem with parking. The subdivision is relatively quiet. A good mix of families and young professionals in the neighborhood. The subdivision is in the corner of Old Hickory and Amalie. You can turn left or right to get to either highways with ease since there is a traffic light at the intersection. Less than 5 minutes away from the gym, Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Lowe’s. The area is near Brentwood/ Nippers Corner and Nolensville. Absolutely a great place if you want to try the best food restaurants.

Tri-level condo in a central location (Access to 65, 24) Available: 1 private BD with 1 shared BA on the top floor. Half bath with washer/dryer for everyone to use in the middle floor.

For shared bathroom, $720/mo + utilities (electricity, internet, water, trash/sewer = $75 flat rate (unless there’s a very high overage that’s significant)
