About the place: The house is a well maintained 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath in a quiet community. The bedroom is unfurnished, could be lightly furnished if needed. Rent includes trash disposal. Internet, water and Utilities (PG&E bills) are split evenly between housemates.
About the housemates: We have pretty regular schedules, most of us work from home some of the time, and don’t make a lot of noise.
Requirements: We’re pretty easy going, but we have a few prerequisites: No smoking, No drugs, No pets, No overnight guests.
