Singular individual, accountant working an office job, wfh 1 day a week sometimes. Something of a gamer, so a lot of nights spent in, but also an extrovert that likes visiting friends. Will absolutely help out with pet care if needed. Capacity to host an event, but rarely the desire to do so. Occasionally invites friends over. Hates cooking, but competent at other household-keeping tasks, consistently cleanly. Generally approaches cohabitation as a two people running a household together- will want to grocery shop together and plan things in advance. Looking for someone with consistent income, (non-negotiable, leasing office will require a joint income verification); can provide their own transportation; helps keep common areas clean; communicates consistently and is considerate.
