The apartment has high ceilings with lots of light. The living room and kitchen have smart lighting as well as the apartment having a smart thermostat. Home theater system includes 5.1 surround sound and a PS4 Pro. There is also a gas fireplace. Kitchen includes gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Unit has Washer/dryer in a closet on the balcony. FREE SECURED UNDERGROUND PARKING!!! Building amenities includes a pool, hut tub, gym, racquetball court and dance studio. Fob-based security as all entrances Within a couple blocks are: NoHo Red Line station, Ralphs, Walgreens, 7-11, and MANY restaurants. Up to 2 pets are allowed at extra cost, including most dog breeds. 3 total is allowed, but I have a sweet old cat.

I’m a 51yo lighting and scenic design, lighting director with NBCUniversal. Quiet, single and staying that way. While cannabis use is OK, I’m not really cool with people getting drunk.
