The space is exceptionally clean and well-organized. The living room is equipped with a couch and a TV, and kitchen supplies, including pots and pans, are available for shared use. Your room, measuring approximately 138 sq ft, will need to be furnished, but it features a private bathroom located conveniently next door. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator, along with a balcony area furnished with chairs and a table.

It would just be me living there. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing. I tend to keep things organized and am mindful about not being disruptive. I work full time and generally keep a low-key routine, but I’m friendly and easy to get along with. Overall, I’m someone who’s considerate of the space and the people I live with.
