I have month to month rooms available now in a gorgeous two story townhome with vaulted ceilings and wood floors. The house has a split floor plan which means two rooms are on the other side of the house from the master bedroom. The two smaller rooms share a bathroom. Your room is overlooking a lake, which has a community pool beside it that you will have access to. I have a washer and dryer in unit, high speed WiFi, and a private hot tub on the screened in lanai. It can come furnished with a bed if needed. There is a large closet in each room. It’s a safe neighborhood and excellent place to be during hurricane season. Clean, organized, responsible adults who pay their rent on time and are considerate to others welcome! Myself and one other roommate live there currently, we both have dogs so please be dog friendly. Unfortunately, we cannot host any more pets at this time although I do love them all and wish I could!
