Terms are a 1-year lease at $1150/month for occupation of one bedroom by one person and shares a full bath with another tenant in this two bedroom condo. Shared utilities (SCE-Electricity, City of Long Beach – Gas split evenly with other tenant. Direct TV – Cable & Internet ($40 per bedroom). Room is partially furnished (bed frame and queen bed) but can come completely unfurnished. Available now, move in $1150 first month + $1150 refundable deposit on moveout.
