Hello! We are three women (29, 31, 35 y.o.) looking for a fourth roommate to join us in our beautiful and spacious home in Novato.

About the Room: Located on the second floor. Has a full size private bathroom. Features a walk-in closet. Gorgeous, extra large north facing window. Offers great privacy as it doesn’t share a wall with any other rooms. (Pictures to be posted soon)

About the House: Large kitchen with private cupboard space for each roommate’s belongings. Three living rooms to relax and enjoy. Full-sized laundry room with extra storage for laundry supplies. Extra fridge in the garage for overflow groceries. Located near parks and the water, with easy access to nature, grocery stores, restaurants, and the 101. Shared driveway with two parking spots + street parking available. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Lease Details: The lease runs April 1, 2026 – April 1, 2027 (We have lived here since April 2023) Rent is $1,200 + utilities. Security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.

Who We’re Looking For: 28+ years, someone who works or goes to school- ambitious in life. No couples (meaning couples living in the room, we’re okay with people in relationships who want to have a partner visit) or children, please. We are 420 and LGBTQ friendly. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate more pets as we already have two small, well-behaved dogs and two half indoor/outdoor cats. We are all working professionals/students who value a clean, respectful, and friendly home. We are not big partiers but do enjoy to have some drinks together and occasionally have friends over or go out to a show in the city. We enjoy making dinner together and watching movies when we have the time. We actually met through roommate finder platforms and have had a wonderful experience living together as friends!
