1 bedroom with a shared bathroom is available in a 2-storey home in northeast Davis. All utilities are included in the price. Month to month lease, though we have a preference for someone wanting to stay for a several months or years if possible. First, last, and deposit due at lease signing. Move-in date must be on or shortly after September 1st, 2026.

Location is right next to a prominent bus stop for both Unitrans and Yolobus. There are no other cars currently on the property, so the driveway space is available as needed. The house is cat-friendly, but not dog-friendly. Bedroom furniture not included. The rest of the house is furnished, but there is room for more if you bring items. The room has an attached entrance to the unfinished attic, available as extra storage space as needed.

Housemates will include 2 adults (non-students), no children, and one cat. Housemates are both quiet, creative, nerdy types. We’re Open to all ages, races, and genders. We both work full-time, with creative hobbies and a penchant for burning the midnight oil. We’re both on the introverted side and don’t often have guests, but we are friendly and communicative, and are looking for someone similar if possible.
