women only! 1200 sq ft house with a huge fully fenced backyard — perfect for someone who loves dogs, nature, or just having plenty of outdoor space. The home is close to lake access and parks, with plenty of parking (including a driveway spot) and an enclosed walk-in shed for extra storage. I currently have 2 available rooms, so touring is probably the best way to see which one fits you better: • Smaller room: $850/month • Larger room: $1,000/month Both prices include ALL utilities - WiFi, power, water, and trash, plus access to streaming services on the living room TV. The bathroom is shared but kept clean. I also have a housekeeper deep-clean the home a few times a year, but I’m looking for someone more than willing to share the responsibility of keeping common areas tidy. One additional pet dog may be considered depending on size, temperament, and compatibility with my dog already living in the home. A meet-and-greet would be required first. Unfortunately, the home is not a good fit for cats. Looking for someone respectful, clean, communicative, and ideally interested in becoming friends, if we naturally click, but no pressure if you prefer doing your own thing!

I’m 26, work in sales, and have a somewhat inconsistent schedule. I’m easygoing, friendly, and pretty universal.

I share the home with Nyra, my very friendly medium-sized German Shepherd mutt, so being genuinely comfortable around dogs is important. She’s social, playful, cute, and a huge part of my life.

I don’t party much anymore lol, but I’d actually love to get out more and explore local spots and events since Gainesville is still fairly new to me.

At home, I value a comfortable, relaxed environment and keeping shared spaces tidy & clean.

I rarely have guests but do have a guest room/office when I do. I’m completely fine with roommate having occasional guests too — I just ask that it’s discussed first and I will do the same! The home is kid-friendly as guests but I am unfortunately not open to living with children full-time.

Bathroom is shared but always kept clean, I even have a housekeeper deep clean the entire place, a few times a year. But, I also expect cleaning common areas to be a shared responsibility.

Overall, I’m hoping to find someone friendly, trustworthy, clean, and easy to communicate with. Bonus points if you’re a dog lover!!!
