1200 sqft house with fully fenced yard that is probably even bigger than the house (it’s perfect for dogs or nature lovers), close to lake access & parks, enclosed walk-in shed for storage, & plenty parking…incl spot in driveway!

I have 2 extra rooms, so, touring the place is best for you to choose the 1 you prefer. I have a smaller room for $850 OR a bigger one for $950 — each room price INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES: wifi (and access to streaming on living room tv), power, water, & trash. Security deposit requirement would be a discussion.

P.S. my comfortable house temperatures are between 69 to 74 (depending on season of year) lol

26, female, in sales (inconsistent schedule), you’ll have to love dogs because I have a medium-sized (50lb) german shepherd mutt babygirl named Nyra. She’s extremely friendly!!

I unfortunately cannot live with anyone messy or that won’t help keep the house clean :/ But I am very easy going, would like to become friends (if not, that’s okay too), & don’t party much (anymore lol)…but I’d love to get out more and check out fun local spots/events! Gainesville is still pretty new to me.

I rarely have guests, but my younger siblings stay the weekend on the rare occasion (in guest room). I don’t mind you having occasional guests, I just ask that it’s discussed first and I will do the same! The home is kid-friendly as guests but I am unfortunately not open to living with children full-time.

Bathroom is shared but always kept clean, I even have a housekeeper deep clean the entire place, a few times a year. But, I also expect cleaning common areas to be a shared responsibility.

When it comes to a potential roommate having a dog (1 only), they must be under/around 65lbs & non-aggressive breed(s). Nyra plays & gets along very well with dogs, almost every day, at parks & doggy daycare farm. But, precautions have to be taken when homing new dogs together, so our pups would need to meet first & approve of each other too lol.

Roommate priority would probably go to a dog lover that is willing to help keep the home clean!!! My dog doesn’t do well with cats, but I wish :(
