We are looking to rent a room in a townhouse in Northern Manchester, just south of the river. Utilities usually come out to be $100-150 per person. That includes internet, water, trash, gas, and electric. The room is on the 3rd floor, is unfurnished, and shares a full bathroom with one of the other roomates. Middle floor consists of the common areas; Living room, half bath, gourmet kitchen/dinning area, and a deck overlooking the back of the property. The washer, dryer, and refrigerator have been updated since the photos were taken. We currently have 5 cats in the house and aren’t looking to bring in any more pets

We are three women in our late 20’s who value keeping our spaces clean and inviting. We love entertaining and welcome having guests and friends over. Jenna and I are been long term friends and enjoy spending our free time reading, watching TV/anime, listening to music, and crocheting. We are both cat moms so being friendly with cats is a must, as is being LGTBQ+ friendly. The third roomate is very friendly and courteous.
