I want to note that you will have your own room and connected bathroom in the duplex, not a condo, they don’t have a duplex option. There is a patio out back and a garage! Fairly spacious kitchen with in unit washer and dryer. It feels spacious in the living room, large enough to feel comfortable inviting a group of friends over for board games or other social things! My roommate is trying to leave at the end of the month (June), so I am looking for a replacement asap for July 1st or even into July. The lease being a full year, I would like someone that wants to stay for the full term. Utilities estimate around $150 per person, depending on how much energy used. The property manager listed the tenant criteria as: “The replacement must not have any felonies, evictions, broken leases or property debt. His or her credit must be at least 680 and make a combined income of at least 3x the rent along with your current roommate.” If you make at least 2k a month, all is well~

Hi, I’m Al! I’m nonbinary, afab, 29 years old and I have a cat named Toothless! He is 11 years old, meows like an old man and purrs like a pigeon. He’s generally well mannered and a very sweet boy~ I generally keep to myself and play video games in the office space, mostly work afternoons and late evenings, 2 jobs, so I get home pretty late at night usually. I like to keep shared spaces clean and am respectful and try to be quiet at night when I come home. I am a homebody and don’t have parties, but don’t mind if you do! Good communication is a must~
