1 bed/1 bath (Unfurnished) primary bedroom inside a 3 bdrm 2.5 bath (1,600 sq.ft total) home. Rest of home is furnished. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Room has a nice walk-in closet, large window and private en-suite full bathroom. My room is on a separate level (with my own full bath and TV area) while the empty bedroom is on lower level w/ a shared kitchen + W/D, and living room-which I rarely use. So you mostly have the downstairs to yourself. There is also a hall closet and guest half bath on the lower level you can make use of. Lots of storage space. Large, fenced backyard, 1 small car space in the 2 car garage and is close to many grocery stores, parks, schools, Fayette Mall or the Summit at Fritz Farm.

Myself and one cat-who is very shy but friendly and stays upstairs most of the time. I cleanup after her daily.
