The Room The available room is a large, unfurnished master bedroom (also can be furnished) filled with natural light and set apart from the main living areas for added privacy. It includes a private ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet, offering plenty of space to settle in comfortably. It’s a great fit for someone who values both personal space and a calm home environment.
The Home This is a clean, modern two-story townhouse in a quiet, secure community. Shared spaces include:
- A fully equipped kitchen with generous counter space
- Comfortable living and dining areas
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Garage sharing plus additional community parking
- Pets are not allowed
You’ll be sharing the home with two people total, making it a low-traffic and relaxed living setup.

We are a married couple. One of us works full-time outside the home, and one works remotely. We keep the space clean, respectful, and drama-free. This is not a party house, but a comfortable place to come home to and recharge.
