• Semi-Furnished, with queen-sized bed, bedsheets, blankets, liberal supply of face, bath, and paper towels.
• Matching plush red seats for guest.
• Built-in, open closet.
• Extra, free-standing, solid wood cabinet for all your other personal stuff.
• Conveniently located shared bathroom/shower/toilet (it’s just a few feet away) on the same floor as the bedroom.
• Oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, laundry washer, dryer.
• Central heating and air-conditioning.
• Free wifi. I will provide Ad-Free Netflix during your stay, also free of charge, if you so desire.

PLEASE READ ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

• Three-floor home: Ground Unit, Second and Third Floors connected. There is a floor-length Attic, never used.
• Garage for your car available in back.
• There are TWO entrances to my unit: One right in front and another at the back; same key used for both. The photos show both the facade and the back staircase entrance for your reference.
• There is a small front yard and a large backyard, maintained year-round by our gardener.
• The alarm system is installed around the Ground Unit.
• The parlor has been converted for my personal business use. You can cook and dine in the kitchen. I do not cook so this will be for your exclusive use.
• The Property is located right beside the Green Line California stop.
• Bus stop on California Ave is also right in front. Connects you to the rest of Chicago area through direct route stops and bus transfers using one CTA ride ticket (that you can buy at any CTA station).
• Garage space for your car during your stay, free of charge. Will provide clicker key for overhead garage door and key for side door.
• Very quiet, private, diverse neighborhood.

Live by myself, owner of three-floor property (plus attic) together with another individual, who lives on the Ground Unit. Clean; organized; minds my own business; absolutely respects your privacy. Sorry, allergic so no pets. No cannabis, drugs, or partying please. I will take care of all your home cleaning needs unless you prefer to DIY. The garage is for your and the co-owner’s cars only.
