About the room

Great location, quiet gated community. You have to be approved via rules here. No smoking of anything, no vaping. My roommate of 15 yrs moved back to GA because of heath issues. We never had any issues. She did her thing I did mine. Furnished. I have to get a mattress and clean it up . I prefer no overnight guest. No parties. They’re pretty strick so if you need to be loud or to entertain it’s not the place.. Please be 55 bc there are age restrictions as well. If any question pls ask I know ive left stuff out if someone out there we’ll continue talks.

About the roomies

This community has pool tennis courts pickleball sanua lots of things. Its very nice…not luxury but nice. I need to do some updates but that will come later.
