Essentially private bathroom, however there is a luxurious tub that would be shared. 📍 Westlake neighborhood in Broomfield. 20 minutes to Denver or Boulder 📅 Move-in available as soon as August 1st 💰 $1,500/month (utilities included) 🏠 Flexible arrangement if you’re only interested in one of the rooms

I’m a working professional (mid 30s) who works remotely during the day and spends evenings/weekends immersed in the circus and movement arts world, training, performing, and booking circus entertainment. I’m looking for someone who is independent, communicative and a good fit for a calm, low-drama household.

The home is shared with my two dogs, one cat and five backyard chickens. Would love someone able to take care of them whenever I travel (which is not very much). While I love animals, any additional dog or cat would need to be a good fit and carefully integrated with the existing crew.
