Roommate Wanted!
Looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The available room is private and spacious with an attached bathroom and plenty of closet and storage space. The room does not have any windows but it has a skylight. Common areas are fully furnished, and the home includes a kitchen, living room, and in-unit laundry.
Rent is affordable and utilities/electric are split evenly. Located downtown La Grande, close to shops.
I’m looking for someone who pays rent on time, is clean, and considerate. Partying and smoking/vaping are not allowed. The apartment allows 1 pet cat. The room will be available March 1st. Looking for a long term roommate.
