About the room
Nice size room available in a cute house close to MSU/East Lansing and Frandor area. The room has its own closet and 2 windows. As well as a lock on the door with a key. It is a 2bdrm 1bth, with an enclosed front porch with wrap around windows, there is a washer and dryer in the finished basement. The entire house is furnished aside from the room for rent. There is new carpet and paint in the room. The house has central air, gas heat, and wifi included. There is also a private driveway and large parking spaces behind the house.
About the roomies
I am the only person living in the house. I am a single female with no pets or kids. I am a fun, outgoing, clean and organized person. I am quiet and do not infringe on others space. Preferably looking for a MSU student as it is walking distance to campus and frandor area. The process includes all bills and wifi. Only serious inquiries apply, looking to fill the room soon and have already had a couple people interested.
