Tesoro Viejo is 10 minutes from Fresno and 30 minutes from Madera. New master-planned community. Just myself and 2 roommates as of now, looking for 1 more. I moved in on Feb 23rd, and for rent I have 1 regular bedroom available. I’m 24 years old. Bills are 200$ a month.

The whole house is furnished except the bedrooms, but if you have needs we can discuss how to get your room furnished. I just purchased the home, and it’s a new construction. The amenities (pool, ping pong, hot tub, etc) are included. Pictures of the amenities and the 15 miles of nearby trails are uploaded here too. The neighborhood is quiet and high-end.

I’m looking to provide housing to similarly minded people. I highly value focus and self-improvement. I work in special needs, at my church, and I play live music around town a few times per week. Visitors and hangouts are welcome but this isn’t a party house. Drinking is fine too but I don’t want people getting sloshed here. No weed, smoking, or pets, unless it’s a turtle or fish or something similar that just sits in one spot.
