About the room
10 minutes from Fresno and 30 minutes from Madera. The house is clean, quiet, and spacious. It’s just myself and 1 roommate as of now, looking for 1 or 2 more. I moved in on Feb 23rd, and for rent I have either a normal bedroom for 700$ or the master suite for 1000$. Bills are 200$ a month.
The house is freshly built. Also if you need help furnishing your bedroom, I’m open to supplying some of the things you’d need. The amenities of Tesoro Viejo (pool, ping pong, hot tub, etc) are included. Pictures of the amenities and the 15 miles of nearby trails are uploaded here too. The neighborhood is really peaceful.
About the roomies
I’m Eric, I’m 24 and trying to live as fully as possible. I work about 60 hours a week, but in my off time I love talking to people in my neighborhood, mountain biking, grabbing a drink (responsibly 😉) and listening to music.
