hi friends, ~I’m looking for roommates for a house in Winter Garden. ~The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom. (Master bed and bath are mine) ~It is located about 9 miles from Magic Kingdom Cast Parking, 25 minutes from Disney Parks, and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. ~Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed. ~Rent is $650 per month including reasonable utilities. Weekly rent will be a thing to insure no late fees. ~Ready to move in this week! ~First month rent and security deposit ($650) is due at move in -Room is not furnished but most of rest of the house is!

Little about myself, I am 21 and a cast member at Magic Kingdom. I moved here from Las Vegas to work for my dream company. I am neat and clean and looking for a roommate who will be clean and can accept others. We will need to meet before agreements are made as well as leases being signed.
