$1,500 Unfurnished large room & shared bath in very nice condo I am a professional female and I am looking for another roommate to share my 1300 square foot condo. The bedroom is approximately 12 x 12 with a high ceiling and large window making it feel very spacious. The closet is good-sized, and the shared full bathroom is right outside your door. You would be sharing with another female roommate. My comfy living room, dining room and updated kitchen are also to be shared. In addition, there is a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a storage closet. A parking spot, pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts are also available. Utilities are split, and average $200 per month. Possibly a little more in summer with AC usage. Must love dogs because I have two darling little pups. The lease is for a minimum of 1 year and you must show proof you are presently fully employed. Location is very convenient to restaurants, Safeway, gas stations and freeway access just minutes away.

Professional artist and an Executive Assistant. We are both quiet but do dinner together sometimes during the week. We love to have friends over for Game Night, Brunch or Dinners.
