I’m looking to rent out a room in my apartment starting late July to early August. Looking for female roommates because that’s what I am more comfortable with, preferably between the ages of 21 to 30. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and who values open communication when it comes to living with others.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom with a shared bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks, each with its own cabinet underneath, plus a large mirror. If you like keeping your personal hygiene and bathroom items separate, you’ll have plenty of storage space. There’s also a small closet in the bathroom for extra towels and bathroom/cleaning supplies.

Kitchen and living room are shared spaces, don’t be shy to cook something for yourself as long as you keep things clean. Pantry is very big so feel free to take a shelf or two for yourself if you like to buy groceries to eat at home!

The bedroom available is a good size and includes two closets.

Rent is $700/month or $350 biweekly, this includes rent and Wi-Fi .

A little about the household: I have cats that are fixed and vaccinated. Since they don’t do well with new animals, I’d like no additional pets. I do occasionally have a friend or two over on my days off since I really value time with people I’m close to, but I keep things low-key and respectful of shared spaces.

Hii my name is Liz, I’m a service worker and work anywhere from 4-6 days a week. If I’m not at work I’m at home relaxing or going out with friends. I usually try to keep to myself but I’m definitely open to becoming friends with my roomie especially since we will be sharing a space. I have indoor cats that I raised since they were kitties and I love them with my whole heart. I like gaming, photography, horror, nature and anything artsy. Im hoping to share my space with other young women that are looking to move out to gain some independence for a reasonable price!
