About the room
ROOM FOR RENT in the city of Anaheim- We got 1 room. This is a FAMILY home and we are looking for 1 full-time working person. The room is not furnished.
The house is CALM and SAFE.
REQUIREMENTS:
-No extra or overnight guests -No Smoking -No Drugs -No pets -No kitchen privileges, just microwave
The room is conveniently located close to the shared bathroom and laundry room is across the hall.
ALL utilities are included in the rent. Free access to laundry room.
$500 Deposit is required. This deposit will be returned if the room is left clean and exactly how you found it. Also, you must give a 30 day notice if you’re moving out, if less than 30 days, deposit will not be refunded.
There is plenty of street parking; safe if you’re coming home late at night.
Month to Month rental. Deposit required. Must bring copy of I.D and 2 of latest paystubs.
About the roomies
All 3 females work full time and 1 male college student. Bathroom & Laundry room is shared
