About the room
The room is 10.25’x9.25’ and the bathroom is shared with one person.
Less than a mile from the metro with a bus stop at the front of the community. Biggest perks are the loft, rooftop terrace, and two-car garage with two additional off-street parking spots. The house is a little over 2300sqft so very easy to have your own space and be separate from other housemates. Can provide furniture as needed or you can being your own. Property is 4 stories so must be comfortable with stairs. Huge kitchen. Living Room also has a treadmill and a stationary bike.
About the roomies
Currently there is one female housemate and one couple in the home, as well as three cats. Only 1 of the 3 has a car, so there is space in the garage for yours. All three are quiet, introverted, love to play video games, and love cats. LGBTQIA+ friendly. The house is smoke and drug free and will stay that way. People rarely bring company over but the house has plenty of room for entertainment (and space to separate from each other)!
