Hello, Two furnished rooms for rent in a loft /art studio for $1,150 each, starting February 5th, or ASAP for short-term, but preferably long-term. We share the space with a quiet composer/musician and a painter. The rooms have windows and basic furniture, a bed, a desk, a dresser, and a shelf. There is laundry on every floor of the building. We have a large backyard, and there is always street parking in front of the building. Shops are around the corner. The F and G subway lines are 10 minutes away. The bus stop is on the second corner, which takes you to downtown Brooklyn in 15 minutes, where there are several subway stations in different directions. The rooftop terrace offers beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan. Nearby, there is a grocery store, Water-taxi to Manhattan, IKEA furniture store, restaurants such as Thai, Lobster Pound, Crab House, Homemade BBQ, Good Folk, and galleries in this friendly neighborhood. I am a sculptor and painter, working in a studio. We like light music, not hard rap. Please do not apply if you have an aggressive, arrogant, or loud personality and lifestyle. We are professional artists with busy schedules and don’t spend a lot of time cooking, but rather we are being creative.
