There is an additional maintenance fee of $200 per month, which includes management, maintenance, and utilities. This covers full-time management staff, maintenance services, and all household utilities, including high-speed internet.
Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Furnished options include a Full or Queen-size bed, an end table, and dressers.
