Upgraded suite with high ceilings, and bigger walk in closet. Rent, utilities, and reserved parking spot right next to the unit come out to about 1050 a month. Other two male roommates are very chill and easy to get along with. I will cover the sublet fee myself. Ready for immediate move in. Lease ends end of July 2026 but you can renew if you choose to.
