Must be ok with a dog and cat with another doggie visiting at times. Our daughter visits often so must be alright with it. Rent includes Electric, Internet, Streaming TV (NETFLIX, HULU, PARAMOUNT +, DISNEY +, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO), Use of Kitchen, Livingroom, Washer/Dryer, Off-Street parking in driveway, use of backyard pool; use of POA Community Pool and Gym.
