Furnished room that comes with a bed, TV, closet, dresser, your own bathroom, and plenty of parking. It’s a secure apartment (access code needed) on the second floor up a flight of stairs. The rooms are on opposite sides of the place so there’s privacy. Apartment has a shared living room, deck, kitchen, and a counter with bar stools for dining. I keep it clean and have recently moved in and am getting settled in. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Property is in a desirable location with shopping and restaurants in walking distance. There’s a beautiful walking trail directly behind me. In addition, property comes with gym, pool, clubhouse, and sauna. Washer/dryer, appliances, dishes, and utilities are included (Wi-Fi, electricity, heat, air, water, sewage).

I am a Christian, professional, nonsmoker, that lives alone in the other room of the apartment. I work outside the home with an occasional work from home day typically once a week. I have two grown children who live elsewhere, whom I hope will visit me from time to time (I won’t hold my breath). I’m pretty easy going, respectful, clean, and I don’t want any drama. I like to be active in my community. If you are looking for someone to hang out with or want your peace/solitude, I can accommodate. I am separated.
