The home is quiet and has beautiful rural view. It’s best suited for someone who values a peaceful living environment. Basement bedroom with private entrance. Basement is “shared” per say, however we don’t use it much. Bathroom is upstairs will be shared with any guests. Neatness a must for common areas. Kitchen access and washer and dryer. I have an 11,00 gallon pool.

Single female with a daughter who is away at college and comes home a couple times a month for weekends or for academic breaks. We have dog who is senior and blind.
