The room is in located in a town house at Avalon Townhomes. Located about a mile from GA 400 and less than a mile from the closest gas station and grocery store. About a 12 minute drive from perimeter and about 20 minutes from Lenox. The room is located on the second floor and has its own closest and en suite bathroom with two windows that bring in great natural light. The upstairs is a roommate setup so the only wall we would share is the bathroom. It’s a 2 bed/2.5 bath so the downstairs has a kitchen, washer dryer and the half bath. The neighborhood itself is pretty quiet and we have a tennis court, pool, gym, and dog park! Please message me for pictures☺️

About the roomies

I would be the roommate and I own the property☺️ I work usually from 8-5 on weekdays and am off on the weekends. I can get up as early as 4/5am depending on the workday. I host a few friends occasionally but nothing more than 4/5 people. I would describe myself as an ambivert so I can be social at times but definitely still need to recharge my battery. I can understand the need to retreat to your own space and am not someone who needs to be in your face all the time. I do have a dog that I recently adopted and he is very sweet and would primarily stay in my room although he does have a cage downstairs. He is my dog so there is no expectation for you to help out in taking care of him!
