What’s great about the room, property, and area? You get TWO bedrooms, a store right downstairs (with excellent breakfasts and burgers), in a mostly quiet town. The (HUGE) apartment was recently remodeled and furnished with brand new appliances. Washer and dryer in unit. All smoking is done outside (smoking on the balconies is strictly prohibited). Heat is included as is water, but you’ll need an air conditioner for your room. I do not have full cable tv- only internet- but if that’s something you’d want we can work something out. Utilities are cheap in the winter, so plan on about 750 - 800 per month total cost. Would prefer no full-time young children, as I will have a very elaborate music room set up in one of the main rooms. If you’re a single parent with weekend custody, this place is PERFECT for you. A bed, desk, and television is available if needed. If you need a pc for that desk, I got you covered.

I am a divorcing male looking for someone to share this huge apartment with. I’m not looking for anyone beyond someone to share the rent with- I’m not one of those people who thinks this is some kind of dating site. Like I said, I am a musician, and will have a music room set up in what would be a dining room area. I’m also a bit of a homebody. Love to cook, so if that’s not your thing, I got you a few days per week. I’ve been at the same job for 13 years and have no plans to leave. I don’t want drama here, so leave that at the door. NO TOLERANCE for hard drug use (420 is cool, just has to be outside- no dealing whatsoever). I do work a LOT of overtime, so every 3 weekends, I’m in and out for most of the day.
