Utilities would be an additional $180.00 (Water, Garbage, Sewer, Gas and Electricity) a month without internet access or $215.00 per month with internet access. (Strong internet suitable for streaming and working from home) Street parking is available however I do offer one garage spot at $50.00 per month. I am delighted to welcome two future tenants. These beauties are designed with comfort in mind and are available for one female guest each. The bedrooms feature a closet, along with fresh paint and new carpet, creating a clean, relaxing environment. You will share a well-maintained guest bathroom with one other tenant, complete with a bath/shower combo and two sinks for added convenience. Towels and linens can be provided upon request. You’ll also have access to an in-home washer and dryer, making your stay simple and stress-free. Street parking is available as well.
