I am renting out a bedroom and second bathroom on my 3 bedroom 2 bath house. This is an unfurinished room with your own full bathroom. I am not charging for ultilities that is included in the price of rent. Washer and dryer are included as well as a grill. You can have access to the hall closet shown in photos. Kitchen includes stove, refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher and half of the cabinet space.

Rules: 1.You must your own vehicle to be able to drive to and from your place of employment. 2. This will be a child free household. 3. A background check will be required before signing the lease. 4. I am not willing to discuss terms of lease until the background check has been completed and you inspect the room.

I am a 31 year old male chemical engineer who lives alone with my two cats. I occasionally travel for work my cats are spayed and neutered. I am quiet and read a lot and mostly keep to myself.
