Room in two bed/two bath apartment in Beaverton. Looking to cut the rent a bit, but as the second room is smaller, your rent burden would be reduced, and I am taking care of utilities. Have a cat, but unfortunately limited to one pet on the lease, so cannot accommodate more. Usually I’m pretty clean and quiet, I do like to host small gathering of friends on occasion, but these would be rare, and will always ask beforehand. The bedroom does have a bed with a new mattress already. The apartment also has a nice sized kitchen and living space to share!
