Private room with shared bath in North Hyde Park. Common areas are furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished. In-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, and a backyard included. Walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Just 5 minutes from UT and Walmart Neighborhood Market, and under 10 minutes to Armature Works and downtown. Easy access to I-275 and major roads.

I’m a 32 yo female on a hybrid work schedule. I live with my 2 yo Anatolian Shepherd mix- she’s very sweet and calm, mostly naps during the day, but can be playful too. She does have separation anxiety and is selective with other dogs, so unfortunately no additional pets.

My boyfriend stays over occasionally, mostly on weekends. I enjoy walks, the occasional run or bike ride, and sleeping in. I’m more of a night owl than an early bird and don’t go out much, but I do enjoy grabbing a drink with friends every now and then. I’m respectful of shared spaces and a bit of a germaphobe, so keeping things clean is important to me.
