This home has good AC and heater and it’s in a new quiet neighborhood. The neighbors keep to themselves and it’s comfortable here. I never have any issues. If want to use laundry 50 extra a month. And will have to provide own soap
About the roomies
My name is Mari and I have to small dogs that are super friendly. But will protect me if they feel im in danger. I don’t allow smoking or drugs in my home. I hoping for a roomie that can keep to there selves and be neat. Unfortunately pets won’t be allowed due to my dogs. If it’s more affordable to pay half of the deposit upfront and then the other half in two weeks that works with me as well I’ll be willing to work with you.
