Looking for a roommate ASAP! xx I am the primary lease holder in a newly updated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in the Pemberwick section of Greenwich, and I’m looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate to fill the second bedroom. The shared spaces are fully furnished & ready for move in, and the available bedroom is a bright, well-sized private room that fits a full or queen bed comfortably, with of course room for a dresser, nightstands, or a small desk. It includes a spacious closet and great natural light. The second bathroom is technically the guest bathroom, but it will be dedicated to you, as I have my own private bath in the master. It’s just steps from your room. My home is near fully furnished and move-in ready (not your room - even though I do have extra furniture to offer you interim if needed & I’m buying NEW furniture for the living space in the next month or so!) ; living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The unit also includes in-unit washer and dryer in the garage, a small backyard space and is conveniently located near shops, transit, and the NY border. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces - that’s all! :)
